Rollers are the wheels that carry a garage door along its tracks, one in every hinge, and they make every trip the door makes. When the bearings dry out, flatten or seize, the door grinds, shakes the garage wall and strains the opener, and a roller that breaks can let the door twist out of its track. How We Handle It
Inspect every roller
Each wheel, stem and hinge is checked for play, flat spots and rust before anything is removed.
Swap the full set
All rollers are replaced with sealed-bearing nylon wheels, one in each hinge, so the door wears evenly.
Check hinges and track
Loose hinges are tightened or replaced and the tracks are cleaned and checked for straightness.
Lubricate and cycle
