About Atlantic Garage Experts of Jacksonville

We are a garage door repair and installation company with one office, at 320 15th Ave N in Jacksonville Beach, and one job: keeping the doors on the Beaches opening, closing and sealing the way they should.

Our working map is short and specific. Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach sit to the north, Mayport waits at the mouth of the St. Johns River, the San Pablo Road corridor lies across the Intracoastal, and Ponte Vedra Beach starts just over the St. Johns County line. Each town has its own mix of houses, from narrow cottage garages to three-car doors on golf-course homes, and we stock the truck with that in mind.

Most calls are repairs. A spring snaps, a cable unwinds from its drum, a roller cracks, a track gets bumped by a bumper, or an opener stops answering its remote. We look at the door as one machine, because a worn part usually has a cause somewhere else, and we explain what we found in plain words before anything is replaced. When a door is too far gone to be worth fixing, we say so, and we quote a new door instead.

Salt is the constant on this coast. It pits spring wire, swells rust under bracket bolts and stiffens roller bearings, so we carry galvanized and coated hardware and sealed-bearing rollers, and we check the lowest brackets on every visit. How a Visit Goes

• ✓ You talk to a person. The line is answered 24 hours a day, and the first question is what the door is doing right now.
• ✓ The price comes first. The technician inspects the whole door, names the failed part and agrees the price with you before work begins.
• ✓ The door is proven before we go. Balance, auto-reverse and photo-eyes are tested, and the door runs a few full cycles while you watch.
