Garage Door Repair Prices
These are our published starting prices for all six towns. The technician names the exact price at your door, after looking at it, and nothing is started until you agree to it.
What Moves a Price Up From the Start
- Springs: the price is per spring, and heavy two-car or insulated doors often run on two. Size and wire gauge come from the weight of the door. See spring repair.
- Cables: priced per cable; a door has one on each side, and a damaged drum adds a part. See cable repair.
- Rollers: priced per set for the door, with sealed-bearing rollers recommended near the salt. See roller replacement.
- Tracks: priced per door, whether the track is straightened or replaced, and whether the door has come out of it. See track repair and off-track repair.
- Openers and panels: quoted on site, because the price depends on the brand, model and color. See opener repair and panel replacement.
The Service Call
The diagnostic visit costs $0 when we complete the repair. If you decide not to go ahead, the technician tells you what was found so you can plan the work.
New doors and new openers are priced from a measured quote, because size, insulation, wind rating and drive type all change the number. Ask for one on the contact page.
