Garage Door Repair in Jacksonville Beach, FL
Duval County · ZIP 32250 · Home base for our crew, open 24/7 for springs, cables, openers and new doors.

Jacksonville Beach is where we work from. Our office is at 320 15th Ave N, and the pier, Third Street and Beach Boulevard are all short runs from it. The town was incorporated as Pablo Beach in 1907 and took its present name in 1925. It is still a tight beach grid of small lots, rebuilt and filled in over a century, with newer subdivisions toward the Intracoastal.
Every building era sits side by side here. The 2025 Florida assessment roll shows 786 homes in Beach Homesites built between 1916 and 2024, 579 in Oceanside Park from 1915 to 2024, 187 in Ocean Forest from 1955 to 2024, and 223 in The Sanctuary from 1989 to 2022. In the older blocks we usually find narrow single-car openings and original tracks; in the newer ones, wider and heavier doors. Hurricane Matthew put a 76 mph gust on the pier on October 7, 2016, and the pier itself was partly destroyed. The city keeps its own building division, so permit questions stay in town.

What Jacksonville Beach Garage Doors Are Up Against
Our truck leaves from 15th Avenue North, so Jacksonville Beach is the quickest run on the map and the crew works it block by block. On the oceanfront grid we plan for narrow openings and tight parking. Toward the Intracoastal side of town we expect longer driveways and wetter air, and we carry sealed rollers and galvanized hardware for both.
Know the area? Our trucks are often near Jacksonville Beach Pier, SeaWalk Pavilion, Casa Marina Hotel, the Volunteer Life Saving Corps station, Beaches Museum & History Park, Cradle Creek Preserve, Pablo Historical Park and Beach Boulevard at Third Street.
